Client Overview:
The Total Office is UAE based company, partnered with world recognizable office solutions company, providing office furniture solutions to medium to corporate clients including  ABN Amro, Citibank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Etisalat, Cisco and other well-known brands.

Problem:
The Total Office were using desktop accounting software “Tally” which were restricting multiple locations of companies to get up-to-date information on inventory, products, purchasing & clients. A lot of dependencies were delaying to acquire right information on time. Also inventory was not under control.

Solution:
AAN Designers proposed a secure web application which can be accessed through internet from anywhere in the world. A application which can eliminate desktop restrictions and bring company data live to company staff, also it should keep all departments with up-to-date inventory, products, clients and shipment.

After analyzing all the problems and hectic meetings with staff, a custom web application has been built for The Total Office which connects all locations and departments through one source of channel for all kind of updates.

  5. Existing and new customer can now order online through mini shopping cart. A order details goes to sales team for follow-up
  6. Various type of inventory and sales reports gives transparent figures of profit and loss of company.
