The Technical Plan involves three major components, namely:
This aspect of the delivery process involves the coordination of material awareness, cargo analysis, mission planning, loading, unloading, vehicle planning, technical assistance and testing of equipment. At this stage, every element of a shipment plan is checked and cross checked with the staff involved.
The customer’s request for delivery date and location is prioritised and scheduled depending upon type of shipment, risks to delivery and contingencies. Staff are briefed and notified of times and deadlines.
Then we review the entire order so that a realistic time-frame and delivery date may be decided upon.
Goods and stock are loaded with the utmost care ensuring cargo is protected from damage during its journey. Once the shipment reaches its destination, drivers are required to get an invoice signed by the recipient. This ensures that the goods have reached on time and safely.
